The Setai

The Setai is currently the most expensive condominium on a per square foot basis in Miami Beach with several condos having sold for more than $2,000 per sq. ft. - with one of the sales occurring in March of 2008 in a bad real estate market. It is considered one of the premier condos in Miami.
